Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unused, and include all accessories. Due to hygiene regulations, open liquids, shears, and used razors cannot be returned.
Request a Return Authorization
Log into your account or contact our support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items to prevent damage during transit, include your RMA form inside the box, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned equipment, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
